Professional, knowledgeable, excellent communication skills

Sal and the team at Ellejayne have been a pleasure to deal with. Selling a house can be a stressful experience but Sal kept us updated at every step with regular communication, from the initial appraisal to the final outcome. Trust is essential and we were impressed with her local knowledge of the market and realistic approach. We have seen the number of properties in our area that have been handled by Ellejayne so were confident that the team has the local market knowledge to give an authentic price range. Her calm and professional demeanour gave us confidence and at no time did we feel pressured, Sal was only too happy to talk with us and discuss options so that we could obtain the results we wanted. All team members were in contact with us as required, so we felt supported throughout the process.

Accommodating, no-nonsense, great outcome
